FIRST (Free Information and Referral Services Teleline), is managed by the United Way of York County. This Program receives funding through the Human Services Development Fund (HSDF), a program administered by the York County Human Services Department.
Purpose:
FIRST is a toll-free telephone number that can provide you with information on over 1,000 social service agencies and support groups in York County. FIRST’s goal is to identify your problem, and then link you to any services you may need.
FIRST also has a website where you can search for information on agencies and support groups.
